Thomas Boyle
Chief Operating Officer, Buffalo & Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority
Mr. Thomas Boyle is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for the Buffalo & Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority, a bi-national customs and border inspection and tolling facility. Prior to his role as COO, Mr. Boyle served as Managing Director/Country Manager for Parsons Corporation operations in the Republic of Turkey. Thomas has over 20 years of progressive experience in strategic planning and implementation of international corporate operations as well as the financial modeling, development and management of major capital infrastructure investment programs. Thomas holds an MBA in Finance and MS in Engineering and is a licensed, Professional Engineer in the State of New York.
