Dick Sandifer

Mr. Richard Sandifer has worked in the national and international defense and commercial business arenas for over 30 years developing and leading the captures of new business. He has established a record of defining win strategies and leading teams to respond to solicitations with a clarity that has resulted in awards of multi-million dollar contracts with values ranging from $100M to $3B. He is tasked with leading, directing and supporting crucial “must-win” international capture efforts for the Space and Airborne Systems division of Raytheon. Mr. Sandifer has held executive positions at BAE Inc, CSC, Northrop Grumman and Litton Industries. He graduated cum laude with a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University where he was also a Junior Associate Fellow at the Institute for the Study of Diplomacy. He did his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California.
